PS – If the weather is looking wet on Sunday morning, check back here and we’ll fill you in on our plan-b.June Picnic

Annual General Meeting

Sunday, February 12th – 6:00 pm Please join us at the Open Gate as we look back over the past year and seek God guidance for the coming year.

On Sunday, December 11th, Daniel Lucas, from Bastion will be at our Sunday service to share about the ministry of the camp in Ecuador. A gathering for those who have travelled to Ecuador with the team will be held at the Clark’s from three to five that afternoon.

Chili Supper

Dec. 8th: 5:00 – 7:30 pm. The Ecuador Team is hosting a Chili Dinner on Thursday, December 8th, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Open Gate. For a recommended donation of $5 per plate, eat in or take-out, and don’t worry about what’s for supper. And don’t forget to bring a friend or two! Proceeds will help the team fund a week of camp for children from an established squatter settlement in Guayaquil, Ecuador.

This year’s team is already started in raising funds for the week of kid’s camp at Campamento el Faro in March. You can support the camp three ways. By:
1. Buying road salt. They are selling conventional salt in 10kg and 20kg bags, and Enviro-salt in 10kg bags. Delivery is on Saturday, December 10th.
Contact Jeremy or a member of the Ecuador team to place your order.

2. Returning your refundable cans and bottles to the recycling depot in
Windsor Junction and donating your refund to the Ecuador Team account.

3. Buying a $10 peeler card… ($5 goes to the camp). The peeler cards contain
BOGO deals for a number of restaurants, Bowlarama, Putting Edge, Magic
Mountain, Kartbahn, etc. For more info see Rachel or Rebekah Ching, Chris
Atwater, Heidi Moore, or Adam Ward.
